Magellan - Aachen

We enjoyed a perfect meal in lovely surroundings. Very helpful waiter who translated much of the menu. Steak, chicken and mezze highly recommended. The best meal of our stay in Germany.

The restaurant has a large and well-kept courtyard where you can find both sun and shade from morning to evening. We had a really good brunch there; Delicious bread, different types of meat and sausage, and good cheese.

My parents already went here a few times, but last week I was there with them. The decoration of the place is nice. It's very large and has a bit a medieval decoration.Service is good and the food is cheap, good and more than enough.

Rather poor service. We went for an afternoon drink. After being ignored for quite some time by the staff in our area we we're bossed around when they finally noticed us. We didn't have the drink we went inside for. Disappointing experience. Luckily there were better places around.

I usually go to have a dinner at Magellan every time I am in Aachen city. The location is perfect and accessible in minutes from city center on foot. Food quality is good enough at a reasonable price. The restuarant includes indoor and outdoor area with nice design for cold weather which I love to sit outdoor in winter where my skin enjoys a mix-up of cold and heated air.Magellan is famous as a Lebanese restuarant and popular in Aachen mostly due to it location and character rather than it's food quality.Magellan is considered as a medium class restuarant in Aachen.
