What Karen Gerlach doesn't like about Kings College:
We were visiting the Christmas market and popped in for a beer. Hubby went to the bar whilst I grabbed a seat. Beer was good. Service a little slow. Would revisit. View all feedback.
The place does not represent what it is actually like. You open the door and see a simple pub, but their food is DELICIOUS and service is very friendly and fast. We had paprika schinitzel and champignon, and also the gratines and they were really good. The prices are all around 10 euros for every big dish. We definitely recommend.
If you're looking for a decent lunch/dinner in downtown Aachen you can't go wrong with this restaurant. The menu consists of different Schnitzels, baguettes and pizza. The location is great, the food's average and the service friendly but not obtrusive.
Very nice pub/restaurant located centrally near the Cathedral. We used this pub a few occasions on our visit and although we didn't eat the food looked good. Very good atmosphere with very friendly staff

We ate here on our first night in Aachen. We had rump steaks, which are the most expensive items on the menu, but were very pleased with the price and quality. Looking at the prices of other dishes this seems much cheaper than many other places nearby. Service was efficient and friendly and both the house cabernet sauvignon and the riesling were great good value wines.
