I've actually been to the Tai Chi Bubble Tea in Henrietta as well and I prefer the atmosphere at this location. Just the decor and setup feels more comfortable to me. Both locations have large parking lots, and are fairly easy to find. The staff are always nice here, I'm not really one for chatting but there's always pleasant small talk over this or that when there's not a rush. There's plenty of seating, and even ou... It’s nicely decorated and their bubble teas are good! But I ordered the ramen and it was not good. I asked if I could have some salt and was told “we don’t have salt to give to customers”. Really?? View all feedback.
This place is great. It's very aesthetically pleasing inside, they have a lot of food choices, and it's very customizable. I got a rice bowl and was able to completely customize everything in it. It was super delicious and the bubble tea is incredible
Nice service, lots of space. I only had the boba tea and it was very good. A good place to satisfy the boba tea craving!

I tried this chain because of the high ratings I found here, but it hasn't met those expectations yet. I expected a little more quality in the food for the prices. At least the service is super nice there, but we've been a few times now and they got our boba order wrong 2/3 times. They are still tasty, so we don't bring them back. They are very sweet though, so I would recommend asking for 50% sweetness.
Priced as average IMO. Ceiling leaks here but overall it's clean. Idk. My first time having this type of food and everything was fresh. I'd say 3.5. Thanks.
