What Ny F doesn't like about Rio Grande Mexican:
Been here twice before and it wasn’t like this. Not sure if there is new ownership or management but this experience was awful. We’re vegetarian and asked for the food to be made with veggies instead of meat. Haven’t had an issue with this request in the past. The server told us that they can’t do it because the restaurant is busy. What??? It’s 2022. Many people are vegetarians and are accommodated View all feedback.
This was the absolute worse taco salad, dry, brown lettuce! Definitely won't be back
I don’t recommend this restaurant. I went to pick up my order nobody cared and waited for 30 minutes they’re all ignoring you.
Orderd margaritas they asked if we wanted a large. It was huge!! But so good. Food was delicious! Server was very friendly and helpful!
Take out was not so great. You're seeing their “fried ice cream” in the picture so if you're considering, I'd pass unless you wanna pay 6.50 for a salad shell with cinnamon and a scoop of vanilla. We added the whip at home, that's not included. One meal came with no rice and beans. We ordered queso with no extra chips included with the cold half cup of the stuff. I've had them before and they were good. Something made them go way downhill unfortunately. I won't be dining here again.
