Food is decent. But prices and portions are not good. Plus staff is generally rude. Price of a bowl of soup just got raised to $13 and I leave still hungry. Pretty much done eating there. There are many cheaper better places in Utica. Don't pay New Hartford prices. View all feedback.

One of my favorite restaurants in New Hartford. I usually only order soups, but the beef medallions are great as well. Recently tried the beef stew and was thrilled. Very large bubble tea selection as well (always order lychee popping topping:
Good pho in a modern asian asthenic. The service was fast and friendly. They didn't have jasmine tea though. Still recommend, the boba tea was pretty good.
