The best employee in this store is this boy with longish hair and glasses. He is very respectful and makes customers laugh, don’t let Melissa lie to you. I went with my cousin last time and he was super kind to him, and took the time to hear his order, he’s 6 so he’s great with kids. I am a loyal customer to this place and I want to go back here every time i’m in the avenue. I went in a few days ago with my daughter and Bryan C. made my day. My husband died about 4 months ago and he managed to make me and my daughter laugh and then proceeded to take our order and prepare it amazingly. Me and my daughter took what we got and hung out at the park after, we had an amazing day and I liked to say Bryan helped up. I am very likely to travel the 30 minutes just to come here all because of Bryan. Thank you!

We love their icecream but was treated poorly by a staff member. I waited in line and this woman kept skipping me and taking other customers who spoke in Spanish. After seeing this happen twice- I asked if there’s a problem as she keeps skipping me- she promptly left and another associate came to help me. Pretty Good! This ice cream is so unique! Its very delicious and totally something you should try if you haven't already. The flavors are absolutely to die for, and the options they have in store are awesome. You can find Paleteria Fernandez in some local gas stations and grocery stores as well. They are such a joy to find because their deserts are always refreshing and yummy. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
