Matsulin is an awesome Asian-fusion style restaurant, offering excellent options for sushi, as well as Chinese Thai-style dishes. A lot of Pan-Asian restaurants tend to fall short on one of their options (in my opinion) but not Matsulin. ALL of their dishes are authentic and each one is tastier than the next. Found a hair in my food, my coworker is allergic to nuts she told them and twice they brought her food with nuts in it. Waited an hour to even get the food we ordered, but alas the wine was good View all feedback.

Matsuri is the best Far East restaurant in Hampton Bays. I always go for their Thai food selection, but I understand their sushi is also pretty good.
