The space is pretty and cozy but the food was a major disappointment. We made a reservation for 6 and arrived at 5:30 PM hoping to sit first at the bar, but were told we had to sit right away because their night was going to be “crazy”. Very good first time at Madiran! Salmon with pasta was terrific and Chardonnay perfect. Great service and friendly owner, who was a delight to get to know.

My new favorite spot to bring first dates to Lived in the area 6 years and cannot believe I just now have discovered this place. The wine selection is spectacular and the service always on point. Come for the wine stay for the ambiance. Food wise it’s good without being overbearing.
Maybe it was an off night last time I went but the service was pretty much non existent. Food and drinks were great though.
First time here a we enjoyed it very much,food was delicious,had swordfish which was very good.my husband had smoked salmon with pasta.We also enjoyed the reilsing wine not sweet but just the right amount of tartness.we also enjoyed the mussels appetizer just wanted to keep dipping the bread into the sauce,so good.
