Worst Mexican restaurant in the entire Westchester county. If you like to be disrespected and get your food wrong every time then go and be ready to have a disgusting experience. People at this place, including owner and staff, have ZERO service skill nor Mexican food knowledge. It’s a shame that a cuisine known for its exquisite flavor becomes garbage in the hands if these restauranteurs wanna be.

The food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Service was so-so. But the clientele is super noisy. You can't have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. Will not return.

This place is a hole in the wall and as authentic as it gets the food is phenomenal and can't go wrong. Is a take out only spot but trust me it is worth the time definetly visit La Picara for their great food and excellent customer service.

Wow! Simply amazing food. I've lived in White Plains for over 3 years and this was the first time here. I wish I knew about it sooner. Amazing tacos, simple but fantastic. Will definitely be back to try other things in the menu. The red and green sauce was the icing on the cake. Red was a bit hot but packed with flavor. A nice little secret spot and decently priced!

Love this place! We were in a rush and they went out of their way to make our food REALLY fast, and it was all absolutely delicious! Highly, highly recommend!
