What Frankie P doesn't like about Hotoke:
We came not knowing what to expect. Isn't wasn't mu h. The wife ordered steak and shrimp Both were tough to eat. I asked for a fork so she could chew..I order soup which was topped the salad at 4.75 had iceberg lettuce and ginger sauce. My assorted sushi missed the mark with thin slices and little rice I left hungry with a fifty dollar bill next time it's Bentens in Miller place true Japanese with lots of great flavo... Japanese hibachi, very entertaining to watch them prepare the meal right in front of you. Excellent cocktails beers from around the world. Great steak and fried rice. The shrimp were excellent.
The place offers a vast variety of delicious food. I liked dining here. Employees are always very nice, rates are affordable and the place is always kept clean.

The all you can eat is great. Love the cucumber avocado maki.
