One of the best sushi chefs on the island. Apparently his store is for rent now, I hope that he is ok, or at a new location. If anyone knows if he's at a new spot feel free to respond to my review.
One word. Authentic. I was visiting the area desperately searching for quality sushi…and I found gold. A mom and pop sushi spot owned by a real 70+ year old Japanese sushi chef. He’s tough so don’t expect a fake smile and giggles. And as in Japan, you must earn his respect…then the giggles will come. And because he’s a former US Marine (fact! he deserves even more respect. Really good. Very fresh. Nice people very authentic food…i really enjoy sushi..and this is probaly the best i've ever had..
