I'm usually pretty flexible and don't complain about minor issues, but the sta... read more I've driven through this place many times, and they only got my order right once. I'm usually pretty flexible and don't complain about minor issues, but the staff there really seem to lack experience. For example, when I ordered a cone, I received a cup instead, and I asked for cookies and cream but got pistachio instead. Oh well, that's life!
