They didn’t mix my drink properly. And when I asked to use the restroom she said it wasn’t working. So I asked her what bathroom do she use working all day here? she didn’t answer. She told me to go use the bathroom at the gas station.

Since it's the closest one to me, I've endured this for over 18 years! Today was the final straw! This Dunkin' Donuts is just not good anymore!

The managers were too afraid to pick up the phone and address escalated calls or guide their “leaders” on how to handle things properly. The shakes were just milk with a splash of ice cream. They seemed confused about their own menu; even when they have sundae specials, they simply wrap up ice cream and charge for all the toppings—yet provide none. Hosenaro, the so-called leader, was particularly awful. He was dismissive and unwilling to listen to customers, making it clear that we were all in the wrong. Other reviews echo similar sentiments, so it’s not just me. Avoid this place!
