Was Kay M at Anchor Down a mag?
Absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was enchanted by the warm atmosphere. The family-run staff—Sarina, Bodega, Kim, and Riley—were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding! Stephen, the Executive Chef and Owner, is unlike anyone I've ever encountered; he is simply wonderful! View all feedback.
What Roy L dislikes about Anchor Down:
This was the worst fish and chips I've ever had. My friends ordered the salmon and clam chowder, and unfortunately, they were both disappointing. The coleslaw also had a strange taste and seemed off. View all feedback.

My nephew and I got food poisoning from bad burgers. The bathroom was dirty. It was not a pleasant experience. Avoid at all costs.
Delicious meal from apps to dessert. Great service and more-than-abundant servings.
We were expecting to dine elsewhere but ended up here. We lucked out. Bodega (our bartender) was very friendly. The drinks were great and the food was solid.
All around L. Took forever to get our food. We got to watch people get seated after us and have enough time to order, eat and leave before we were served. Finally get the food and it was just tragic. Hard rice flavorless fish. My sisters meal came with asparagus that looks like it’s been fighting it’s whole life. The table next to us had nice green fresh asparagus. All around a very interesting experience not gonna make this mistake again.
