Ihop In Burl - a Forest

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to severe understaffing. Despite there being only 10 customers (from 4 different parties) and few cars in the parking lot, nobody was able to get seated. Additionally, I observed the hostess being rude to some children in one of the parties. This occurred on Sunday, 4/28. It seems that this establishment should consider closing.

We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 10:02. It is now 11:14am and we are still waiting. They claimed they were understaffed, but our food hasn't even been cooked yet. On top of that, DoorDash employees came and went without any issues. This will be the last time we do business with this restaurant.
