Os cuento mi experiencia, llevo dos días probando la comida de Sabores, pues mi padre que reside fuera, está unos días en mi casa, y ante mi falta de tiempo para cocinar la ha ido a comprar allí. El menú de antes de ayer... conejo con arroz. El arroz, que era tipo basmati, estaba pasado de cocción, totalmente aguado y sin sal. Era un simple arroz en blanco. El conejo, durísimo, sin salsa y seco. Sin guarnición. Precio de los menús 8 euros, los dos, pero cantidades bastante pequeñas. Al día siguiente, dando una nueva oportunidad al local, volvimos a probar. Menú... crema de zanahoria (lo único decente, pero sin sabor, al menos la trituraron sin tropezones) Carne asada. La carne traía su guarnición propia, con carbón negro pegado en cada trozo, y la inexistente salsa era negra, formada por el carbón quemado o el teflón que soltaba la propia sartén. Para rematarla, dura como piedra... precio de los menús para dos: 13 euros. Señores de Sabores, no pienso volver. Gracias.
