What Amelia doesn't like about Hardee's:
This place literally has the worst service ever. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve been waiting for 30 for just chicken tenders and everyone else in here is complaining because their food isn’t coming out either. I’m never coming back here. It is a typical fast food Hardee's but with great staff.
I like Hardee's. What cost $4.90 for a long, long time now cost $6.85. Like all fast food places the cost is going WAY up! Not sure I'll go back.
Just went to get some food for my son. The store is closed. The website says they are opened till 9. They closed 45 minutes early. Poor service to customers.
1st trip, I ordered chocolate milkshake. Honestly, I tried McDs first and the machine was down of course. Pulled in Hardee's with hopes of getting a chocolate shake as I wasnt sure shakes are served. It was a longer wait than I expected but it is hand scooped... well worth the wait! McDs will never serve me a chocolate shake as my business will be at Hardees. 2nd trip, instead of my normal McDs fast lunch the next day, I opted for Hardees hot dog fries and a sweet tea. Everything was hot and fresh except the tea as I ordered extra ice but it was fresh, very cold, and great. Excellent service both times. I am not sure if I have given a fast food restaurant 5 stars but Hardee's at Carolina Beach deserves it. Both times my order was accurate, both times the staff was friendly, both times food and/ or beverage were fresh, what should have been hot was very hot and what should have been cold was cold.
