We researched this little gem on TripAdvisor and whilst many advise to book in advance, we chanced it and got lucky! There were no available tables until 9pm thereafter so I do suggest you book. The meal was outstanding I had fettuccine pasta and my partner had the diavalo pizza. Highly recommendable! The warm welcome from arrival to departure was most definitely there. Be mindful, the restaurant is small and you will be sat close to other couples however the food is totally worth it! The best restaurant in Rome!

This is a nice restaurant! Four of us visited the area for a three-day break, at our second night we tried this cozy well-run restaurant, served really good Italian cuisine, we all enjoyed it, had a really good evening g in their nIce relaxing environment. Friendly staff, we were impressed by all the restaurants we tried in the area, wishing that they were in our area, we would be regular.

After seeing some positive reviews, we thought we would try this place. After a warm welcome at the door we noticed that it was packed. Despite our concerns, we sat fast. Welcomed by all employees, we have set ourselves to browse the menu that had a fantastic selection of dishes. The extensive wine list has excellently compiled the meal. After sharp and friendly service we expected our meal. The food was served quickly and also at perfect temperature. Genoss amazing compliments to the chef, best place we were on the whole trip. Beautiful atmosphere inside was suitable for all servers that made the night excellent with their friendly setting and charm. Especially thanks to our waiter and Lola, absolutely beautiful hostess. Can't thank her enough for the extra gift at our departure, she made the evening special. If you read this, please accept a great thank you from us and give it to your beautiful staff. Overall, I can not recommend enough if you have to stay here or make the trip, this is worth your time and money. I hope you'll see again, thank you.

This restaurant on the Main Street of Tropea was just average. It has a prime situation. BUT they cram too many tables together and the couple next us might as well have been on our table too. So difficult to get seated and get out when finished. The staff were indifferent and seemed too not have time to be welcoming and friendly. There was only one item on the menu for my vegetarian husband. I had to send my lasagne back as it was cold in the middle. So by the time it came back my husband had finished his meal. The food tasted ok- but was nothing special. Also between the music playing in this restaurant,the people chatting loudly near to us and the general public walking up and down the Main Street chatting too it was noisy and difficult for us to chat and relax. We would probably not return.
