I was informed by the employees that a birthday cake would be an surprise for my friend during the breakfast, but it did not happen. the hotel room from the lobby is very far away.

This is a beautiful hotel with magnificent views of every time. we were here for three nights and enjoyed the room and the breakfast buffet. at the late arrival... read more This is a beautiful hotel with magnificent views of every time. we were here for three nights and enjoyed the room and the breakfast buffet. at the late arrival we were in the second phase, where we paid for the third level, which at night was less important. the next day we were little busy, so we asked the workers to move our bags into new spaces. they have brought us to the third level with great hope. unfortunately the air conditioning system did not work properly. everything in the room smelled and felt damp from bed sheets, floors and walls. I asked a new room. the personal at the reception knew the problem with this room, but informed me the whole third floor was full and it can not be helped. they offered me again in the second floor, which I paid the third stage premium. after an hour they agreed to bring us to the fourth level. personal reception must be more professional in this 4-star hotel.

The highlight is the breakfas... read more The was a wonderful experience staying with Cape Sienna. The room I booked is spacious and a perfect view overseeing Kamala beach. The highlight is the breakfast. Very good spread of choices and is very delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and for sure will come back to stay with them again. By the way, they have a Tennis court if you love playing tennis.

The location is close to most attractions on the island and at the same time feels really private and peaceful! it has everything you want for a relaxing holida... read more The location is close to most attractions on the island and at the same time feels really private and peaceful! it has everything you want for a relaxing holiday: a swimming pool. the rooms are spacious and only a few minutes walk from the main areas of the resort. Eating was very good and well served with many options good for adults and children. also vegetarian eating. the staff is very friendly with the guests and always ready to help with any request. I think it is an excellent hotel and good value for money in phuket .

Woman anne was incredibly helpful and gave my wife a free spa session when she stressed something. eating for the high time was amazing. thanks to all employees for a perfect high-time day!
