rooms that really need an update, they only look a bit sad (bungalow nea r the restaurant. prices do not seem too bad, 1000 per night for large room with balcony. the resort feels a little alive, maybe worth a try if they want something cheap and cheerful. View all feedback.
I had not expected my experience to be as good as it was for the very reasonable price. beautiful location above the search for the secret beach, room with a balcony, cleaned daily, with fresh bed linen, towels and cold water., I would like to express a great thanks to the recipe that was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed., 5 stars in the entire environment.
I don‘t know how they got so many good reviews… Maybe some fake ones. The bungalows are in really bad shape. Towels and bedsheets smelling like cigarette smoke, AC is extremely loud, The beds are hard and uncomfortable, we even had to buy our own pillows, because the ones were too dirty and too big to sleep on. Everything feels it is 10 years too old. 2 Stars for the location at the beach and the Koh Raham Restaurant which had really friendly waiters. But thats it. If you value your money and your nerves, stay away from the resort and book another place.
Beautiful stay right next to the popular secret beach. I had a clean spacious room with sea view. much better than other rooms I checked in the opposite. I take a star away to check-in, had to wait 30 minutes before the staff arrived to show me the room. the personal is friendly and I would definitely come back because the space and location had paid a good price-performance ratio (about 1000THB/night.
We had good time for the 8-day trip we had with our 2 y/o in one of the beach front rooms. the view and the beach are fantastic and immediately accessible, barefoot in the sand. the pool is also fun, better than what I imagined with the pictures. the bed was very comfortable (soft, the room was clean with good hotel service overall. the staff was nice, helpful and speaks good English. a great highlight for us was the restaurant koh raham, where we are included every morning breakfast, with the booking and many dinners. the setting of the restaurants and the entire environment is amazing (see the pictures to see yourself the staff of the restaurants was also very friendly. some can be the environment that was not present in the hotel, combined with the aging rooms and facilities. covid probably didn't help but we quickly realized that the place has seen better and busy days. also, more hammocks! e.g. on the balcony or on the resort property would be a nice addition, as the plastic chairs were not super comfortable. that said we had an explosion and I would go back any time!
