Man and I loved this place. it's really a hidden gem. there is a cover fee of 300 yen per person we like to pay for the ambiente.

I adore this restaurant. The owner, Masui-san, previously worked at my beloved French restaurant in Tokyo. He returned to his hometown of Kyoto to launch his own wine bar. Absolutely amazing. Masui-san is a fantastic and charming person.
Amazing! The owner was so sweet and nice to talk to us... there are only ten seats, it's a super beautiful experience
