The chashu was tender and flavorful, and the menma had a slight spice to it but the more you chew, the more the taste comes out. The soup was literally "Showa era ramen," with a moist and kind flavor that seeps into your body. I have already decided to order the chashu noodle extra large next time.

The texture of the char siu was so delicious that I wished I had ordered char siu noodles instead. Although there were signs for self-service all over the restaurant, because there were few people, the older ladies in the restaurant took care of everything for us.
