でんでん Tíng - 九戸村

The interior of the restaurant may not be clean, but the ramen was delicious. The chashu was tender and flavorful, and the menma had a slight spice to it but the more you chew, the more the taste comes out. The soup was literally "Showa era ramen," with a moist and kind flavor that seeps into your body. I have already decided to order the chashu noodle extra large next time.

The atmosphere was like stepping back in time in an old-fashioned setting. I ordered the ramen shown in the picture. The texture of the char siu was so delicious that I wished I had ordered char siu noodles instead. Although there were signs for self-service all over the restaurant, because there were few people, the older ladies in the restaurant took care of everything for us.

I tried the chicken chashu ramen. The noodles had a traditional Chinese soba taste and were delicious. The chicken chashu had a great flavor on its own and was very tender, not overpowering the soup. The price was quite reasonable, so I recommend it.

ラーメンセット750円いただきました。 ほかのコメントにあるとおり昭和に時代に戻った感じの店内と味です。 （追記） 鶏チャーシューセット870円いただきました。 厚めのチャーシューでした。 （追記） 親子丼550円とラーメン530円いただきました。 「とろっと親子丼」とありますが、スクランブルエッグのような感じです。
