The atmosphere was relaxed, giving me a sense of security as if I were at my grandmother's house by the seaside. The sashimi, seasoned with sudachi and salt, had a pre-flavor so I could enjoy it without soy sauce. It was so delicious! The bonito sashimi had no fishy taste at all, and even I, who usually don't like bonito, could eat it without hesitation. I came to love bonito since coming to Tokushima. I think it's hard to find such delicious food even in fancy Japanese restaurants in Tokyo. Outside, various plants and flowers were in bloom, and the gentle sunlight filtered through the grape leaves. I want to visit again and again...!
