The seasoning is made with the concept of "not oily", and the an-dashi ramen I ate was just the right amount of oil that even women could eat it all up. The broth was flavorful, and despite not being oily, it was satisfying. It reminded me of home-cooked meals. They will make something for you even if it's not on the menu as long as they have the ingredients! Especially the "omurice" seems to be a popular secret menu item. The parking lot is about 3 spaces, a little tight. It seems to be run by the landlady and her daughter. Both of them are energetic, cheerful, and friendly, so it was a cozy place where you can feel comfortable even eating alone at the counter. ^ o ^
