I visited Shishamo Sushi because I wanted to eat shishamo. They lightly sprinkled salt on it and when I ate it, it was really delicious. The salt brings out the sweetness of the white flesh, and the aroma lingers in the nose after being savored in the mouth. This flavor cannot be achieved with soy sauce. The tuna was also delicious with a good amount of oil! The squid and octopus were also excellent! The pickled dish in particular was delicious!
