This ramen recommended by locals is delicious. The Ryoma ramen, made with pork bones and soft noodles, is particularly tasty. The half-fried rice is also delicious. View all feedback.

My first visit was back when it was called "Men-oh Ajisen" in the photo. A friend from Kumamoto took me there and it was incredibly delicious. Since then, the ramen served by the owner of this shop, "Ajisen Ramen," has stayed in my memory. Whenever there is Ajisen Ramen in Shikoku, I almost always stop by to eat. Today, I was able to come to this owner's shop after a long time and I was happy to taste the unchanged broth flavor. Maybe compared to other shops in Shikoku, I think the broth here is a little easier to drink. The aftertaste is also mild. For about 20 years, soon to be 30 years, whenever I have the chance, I eat the owner's ramen, but I have never experienced my dislike for the smell of ammonia or salty water. I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
Fantastic. The variety of ramen is extensive and affordable. Also, on the 22nd of every month, the ramen at Ajisen Ramen is only 390 yen, so be sure to try it out. The point card, where you get one point for every 500 yen spent, is said by the owner to be "valid as long as the earth doesn't disappear or the store doesn't close."
