What DE RORI likes about Zhāo Hé Xuān:
The restaurant has a cool and nice atmosphere. Local residents' conversations fill the air inside. This nostalgic ramen shop is called Showa Ken. The beef bowl is incredibly delicious. The seasoning of the meat is thick and intense, but because the beef bowl sauce is spread over the entire bowl of rice, it becomes even richer. A few sheets of seaweed on top play a significant role.
