From the appearance, you wouldn't think it's a ramen shop at all. If the shutter was slightly open and the curtain was out, it means they're open for business. The interior is narrow. I thought they only had Chinese noodles on the menu, but there was quite a variety actually. This time, I chose the simple salt ramen. I must say, it was surprisingly delicious. You could call it a hidden gem. They also accept PayPay for payment. I, who have only used PayPay at convenience stores, had a bit of trouble with the payment.
The sign of Sawamasaka is the landmark. The left shutter is half open and there is a small open sign on the noren. You can't tell what kind of restaurant it is from the outside, so it's nice that it's not crowded even on weekends. I ordered the salt Chinese food made with Mongolian rock salt. The soup with bonito flakes has a fragrant aroma and goes well with the thin noodles. The chashu is also delicious, making it a hidden gem.
