I visited for the first time. The noodles were thin. When I tried eating them without any condiments, I could faintly feel the savory aroma of soba, and it was delicious. This time, I ordered a menu with grated yam, but I wanted to savor the taste of soba as simply as possible. I would like to try it during the new soba season.
I had 100% buckwheat soba noodles. They were flavorful and delicious. The broth was on the thicker side, possibly mixed with grated yam (spicy). The tempura was lightly fried and tasty. The quality of the water used, which can also be felt in the soba broth, may be one of the charms of this place. I recommend trying the soba noodles with wasabi first.
