The... read more I went there for the first time. While dining, you can see the sea, but it's a bit difficult to find the place as you need to enter the town from Route 101. The customers are mostly locals who come in one after another. The abalone fried rice was tempting, but I chose the fish lunch option with a choice of rockfish, flounder, or mackerel, and struggled between the grilled rockfish and simmered dish, eventually ordering the grilled rockfish. When the set meal arrived, it included grilled rockfish, seafood miso soup with shrimp, squid sashimi in a small dish, fried fish slices, chilled tofu, and seaweed with ginger – it felt very luxurious. The rockfish was fresh and delicious, the squid sashimi was sweet, and the seaweed was crispy, giving a fresh taste. And to top it off, it was surprising that you could have coffee after the meal for just 1000 yen including tax. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have a chance to visit Lake Toya or Hachimori area.

The egg was delicately prepared, and I could feel the kindness in each bite that afternoon. The mushrooms served as a side dish were unexpectedly tasty, showcasing the excellence of Akita Prefecture. In March 2022, I had the opportunity to visit again and enjoyed the katsukare and sanratan ramen. It was a delightful experience.
