I understand that liquids can easily make things dirty, but I wish they would shorten the cleaning cycle a bit more.

If it has been sitting for a while, the volume decreases and the texture becomes somewhat subtle, so it's best to take the freshly fried ones from display or order when they are not displayed. The udon noodles always have a firm texture and are delicious. It may be unavoidable because it is a restaurant with a high turnover rate, but the tables are not always very clean whenever you go. There are quite a few food scraps and green onions scattered on the floor which can be a bit off-putting. The service can be good at times, but other times it can be mediocre, overall it is average.
