"I ordered the Ume Shio Ramen and Cha Han set. Ever since I experienced the Shio Gensui at this restaurant a few years ago, I have been a regular at the Kyoto branch as well. The deliciousness of the carefully crafted ramen, the tasty side menu Cha Han, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the friendly service of the staff all made for a pleasant dining experience. I'm not sure what it's like now, but I remember that the management philosophy and desired personality traits outlined in the menu were very impressive.".
