Jiàn ちゃん - 高千穂町

This izakaya has a great atmosphere! The chef is very friendly and engaged with customers, even sparking up a conversation with me while I was drinking at the counter. The chicken nanban here is incredibly delicious, the best I've ever had. While the other yakitori dishes were also tasty, the chicken nanban was truly outstanding. It's worth noting that yakitori is served in pairs, so if you're dining alone, you may not be able to try as many varieties as you'd like. The beef skewers were also very tender and delicious, likely made from Takachiho beef. This place has a casual izakaya vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but if you enjoy a lively atmosphere, definitely stop by here! When I ordered shochu on the rocks, it came in a glass mug. Miyazaki is the best! Both the alcohol and the appetizers are super-sized, so please be careful.

KenChan is a family-run Japanese izakaya located in an area with 17 izakayas. They only accept cash and their recommended dish is the grilled highland beef skewers! The pork knuckles were also delicious, and the grilled shitake mushrooms and peppers were especially tasty.

出張で夕食で行きました。 コロナで常連さんは今したがその他は私たちだけで貸切り状態でした 串や揚げ出し豆腐とか量も多く美味しかったです。焼酎は風門という芋焼酎を飲みました。

太川さん、蛭さんの路線バスの旅で食事されてるのを見て、このお店に行くために高千穂に行ってきました。 ボリュームがあるのにリーズナブルで、とても美味しかった。中でも、高千穂牛の串が絶品です。すぐ満席になるので、予約して行く事をお勧めします。
