I ordered the bean sprout ramen, which had a gentle yet garlicky soup that reminded me of traditional Kumamoto tonkotsu ramen, with slightly firm noodles that complemented it perfectly. Of course, the volume of bean sprouts was more than I expected, and I was satisfied. The chashu was also delicious, with the harmony of the flavor of the meat and the sauce showing that it was carefully cooked. The prices were reasonable, and there weren't too many customers, so it felt like a hidden gem of a restaurant.

The ramen had a rich tonkotsu broth with a strong aroma of roasted garlic, typical of Kumamoto ramen. It came with bean sprouts, 3 slices of chashu, boiled egg, wood ear mushrooms, and green onions. It was a shame that it didn't have a soft-boiled egg. The Champon also had a pork bone soup base with a milder flavor due to the sweetness of the vegetables. Thank you for the meal.
