I saw a sign for Etchigoya Chinese restaurant at the back, so I looked it up and decided to try it out since it was in the Chinese cuisine genre. I ordered a set of Ramen with curry rice and cold noodles. The ramen had a soft and gentle flavor. The cold noodles also had a mild taste with a hint of acidity. The curry rice had a lot of meat, and I couldn't tell if it was homemade or store-bought, but it was delicious! Each table had a pamphlet showing the amount of salt intake per dish. They seem to pay attention to reducing salt in their dishes. I have been told by my doctor not to drink the broth in ramen, but after looking at the pamphlet numbers, I painfully realized the truth. It's too late for me now since I'm on blood pressure medication. Looking at the menu, the prices are also reasonable, just like the salt content, making this Chinese restaurant a reliable option for students in the area. Thank you for the meal.
