Although it seemed delicate, I hesitated to order the meat udon. I really wanted to try the simmered beef tendon, so I opted for the set meal with rice and chose simple udon with just an egg. It was the right decision. The delicate udon broth is a deliciousness that is hard to come by in the area. The udon noodles, despite their appearance, have a subtle mugwort scent that passes through the nose. However, if they were any stronger, they would overpower the delicate broth, so I think they have achieved a good balance. The beef tendon bowl is small but the perfect size that never gets boring. It was tasty and tender, though it didn't have any particularly notable features. The only drawback is that it is located in an area where you can only go by car, and the difficulty of finding parking is a downside.

The noodles have a beautiful green color, and they pair well with the broth. The presence of plenty of burdock adds a strong fragrance and pairs nicely with the chewy texture of the noodles, giving you a satisfying meal that is worth the price.
