I tried the Tenkuubou Sansui Tenzaru Soba and the crepe made with soba dough near Huis Ten Bosch. The soba noodles were made with 100% buckwheat flour, so they were chewy and had a delightful texture. The crepe had a unique taste with soba dough and filled with ice cream inside, which I really enjoyed. View all feedback.

I was intrigued by this restaurant because there was always a line. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calming and the staff were very friendly. The soba noodles were delicious, even though I had expected them to be a bit firm since they were made with 100% buckwheat flour. However, they were actually very chewy. I tried the Mizore Oroshi soba this time and it was incredibly tasty.
It was my first time trying 100% buckwheat soba noodles. I was impressed by how chewy they were. They were delicious. They also served me soba soup at the end. I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't know how to drink soba soup. I quickly searched it up and tried drinking it straight and also diluted with the dipping sauce. Personally, I prefer it diluted with the sauce. I would like to come back when it gets colder and have some warm soba noodles.
