Staple - 美瑛町

The space is stunning and the food is fantastic. This place is amazing! I'm so happy I found this hidden gem of a restaurant in Biei. I will definitely be returning.

We had a delicious meal in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere run by a friendly couple. The farmer was surprised when asked about the type of sweet potatoes used in the dish. The sweet potato tart for dessert was also delicious! I had the meat for my main dish, while my husband chose the fish, and we swapped bites to enjoy both. The meat was incredibly tender and tasty, and the fish was delicious as well. Although it may not be a large portion for men, it was satisfying for me in my 40s. Despite not expecting much from the neighborhood, I was enchanted by the serene and picturesque view that was not typical of Biei. The restaurant is quiet and recommended because it is away from the road.

I was thrilled by the atmosphere in the restaurant, as the furniture and tableware were to my taste. The dishes were elegant in appearance and delicious in taste. The owner couple were friendly and easy to talk to, making it a place I would definitely want to visit again. ^o^

コーヒーに合わせたケーキ達が素敵。パンも買って帰りましたが、とっても美味しかったです。 ケーキセットは、ひとつ、ふたつ、みっつから選べます。説明も丁寧で心地よかったです。 コーヒーの種類の多さはもちろん、淹れ方も複数あって選ぶのに迷いますね。楽しい時間になると思います。 お初の訪問でしたので、大好きなホットのカフェオレを。 香りのよい大好きなお味でした。 カップも素敵！香りがたっぷり楽しめるカタチでした。 何度もお邪魔したいお店です。

住宅街の中にぽつんとあります。本格的なコーヒー屋さんならではのこだわり満載のお店 焼き系のケーキもスパイスが凝っていて美味しかったです。混んでいなかったのもラッキーだ。
