Even the grain mustard served as a condiment is of exceptional quality. It is clear that the chef has undergone significant training to create such dishes. Considering the quality, the prices are quite reasonable. The items are also available for purchase online, making it worth buying even at a premium.

I had always wanted to visit someday, but when I passed by the shop at the end of June this year on my way to Biei city, I completely forgot about it. While organizing my travel photos, I regretted not stopping by Walkman, so I made another trip to Biei with the main purpose of trying their ham and sausages. I must say, it was worth it. I ordered the 5-item platter and peach juice, and could feel the owner's dedication in the taste – it was delicious. I usually don't drink fruit juices, but I ordered it on the waitress's recommendation, and it was pleasantly light and delicious. The platter may have different items each time you order, but it comes with a pamphlet so you know what's included, which may come in handy when ordering online.
