This restaurant is easy to find as it faces a large road. I ordered the char siu with both lean and fatty cuts. The curly handmade noodles and the flavorful char siu were absolutely delicious. They also offered additional green onions on the side, which was a nice touch. Although I haven't lived long, this was the best Chinese ramen I've ever had.
