Every ice crea... read more I have been going to this place occasionally for about 12 years. The flavors are solid without being too sweet, and the aftertaste is refreshing. Every ice cream has a delicious taste of its ingredients. Personally, I love the summer-exclusive mango, the autumn-exclusive Japanese chestnut, and the classic Jomon flavors. There are two other gelato shops with famous dairy farms in the area, but I only want to come back to this one. I would give it a 5-star rating, but in recent years, either the staff has changed or the store's policies have changed, because the portion sizes have significantly decreased, so -1 star; before, the generous portions and delicious taste made it a great deal. Now, honestly, it can be disappointing at times. Also, sometimes even though Google says they're open, they may be closed. When that happens, I just think of it as a drive and move on. Update as of 11/29: When I visited today, there was a sign saying they are closed on weekends and Mondays. They sell their products at Miya's Village on weekends and holidays. It's about a 20-minute drive towards Akitakada from this store. However, the sign doesn't specify the dates of closure.
