Was ジェイソン(tarky) at そば Chǔ いい Yǒu a mag?
This popular restaurant is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and it is always crowded. This time, I ordered their famous "tenzaru soba." They also have unique tempura such as pumpkin and apple, but I think the secret to their popularity is the fresh soba and the complimentary "sobagaki" service. Plus, it is reasonably priced. It may also be appealing that the restaurant is located in a remote area. Thank... View all feedback.

I arrived about 15 minutes before opening on Sunday. There was already a line of about 20 people. As soon as the restaurant opened, we were seated inside. The table seats in front of me were already full, so my group and the next group were seated in the tatami area. All seats were full. Customers who arrived after had to tell the staff their name and party size and wait outside. The complimentary soba served as soon as we sat down was delicious, a must-order if available on the menu. I ordered the Sunday-only special 10-Wheat Soba. It was served after a 25-minute wait and was also delicious. Even when we finished eating and left around 11:45, there was still a line waiting for a table.
When you arrive before the opening of the restaurant, it is better to line up on the left side facing the restaurant, as the line forms in that direction. Otherwise, if you stay in your car (parking lot), you may end up at the back of the line. Once inside, seating and ordering are done smoothly by the staff, who come to you in order. The restaurant is spacious, and there seems to be a limit on the number of people allowed inside for infection prevention, providing a sense of security. The soba noodles served as a service are excellent, but they are limited in quantity, so they may run out. The fact that the soba noodles, which are served in a large portion enough for two people, are reasonably priced is a plus. Arriving before the opening time will help you enter smoothly.
