At first, I tried adding a small amount of salt, but I soon realized that it was delicious on its own without any seasoning. In my personal opinion, this restaurant deserves a perfect score of 100. I also ordered tempura, which was as delicious as others have mentioned. I am glad to have found a soba restaurant where the ingredients shine. I plan to come back again.
