Tián Shè Qiáo Mài Mèng Xuán ān

I visited this restaurant for the first time. The prices are a bit high, but worth it. The ingredients used are top-notch. You can enjoy beautiful countryside soba and crispy tempura with 10 different kinds, served with chopsticks made of Yoshino cedar. The authentic soba made with water from Mt. Fuji is something you don't come across often. The soba broth is made in individual pots, and has a wonderful texture. Just one sip made my body feel warm and happy. When I crave for healthy and delicious soba, I would definitely come back here. The owner is a lovely person who is willing to share information about how the dishes are made and the ingredients used. Thank you.

The soba and tempura were both amazing. The tempura was crispy and the owner's conversation was great. I will definitely visit again.

Using navigation, I still got lost trying to find this soba restaurant in such an unexpected location. The service may take a little longer, but both the soba and tempura are excellent. The portion sizes are quite generous. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere where you can catch glimpses of the chef's various interests. Overall, it's a great place.

朝から予約の電話をして伺いました。開店前に電話して早過ぎたかな？と切ったら ご丁寧に折り返しを下さり感激しました。その丁寧さは蕎麦にも出ており 歯応えのしっかりした 挽きぐるみの香り立ち良い蕎麦でした。少し変わった蕎麦で 布地で言うならツイードのような？見た目で 喉越しもよい田舎蕎麦です。蕎麦ツユは少し薄めかと感じましたがバランスの良い美味しいツユ、蕎麦湯は濃い過ぎず薄くもなく 作ったものでもない 本当の湯掻き汁で 頂いたあと、器の底に蕎麦殻が…美味しい蕎麦湯でした。住宅地の中にあり お店向かいに駐車場あり。お掃除の行き届いた清潔感がありました。 星マイナス1は 蕎麦湯の提供タイミングが早かったのと お手洗いの窓が上部クリアで斜め向かいの2階から 多分見えるのでは？と気になった結果です。
