I have experience working at a yakitori restaurant, so I tend to find yakitori from convenience stores, supermarkets, and chain izakayas to be lacking in flavor. Therefore, I love yakitori but only eat it as a taste test in those places. Compared to those, the yakitori here was delicious. However, it took too long to grill the yakitori, so I could only eat it as a side dish, which was disappointing. I also think the other dishes here are delicious. Update 20190524: This is my 4th visit. Even when seated, the menu doesn't come, and even a cold dish like hiyayakko takes 10 minutes to arrive. The yakitori is truly delicious and it's within walking distance from my house, but honestly, as a restaurant... why is it so slow with 3 staff members? I understand that yakitori takes time to grill due to the charcoal, but it's unacceptable for everything else to be so slow.
