Whether it was sushi or fried horse mackerel, everything was delicious! It was the best I've ever had! The salted ikura that was included in the premium sushi was sourced from Kushiro, and it was completely different from any ikura I had eaten before! The large yellowtail had a perfect amount of fat and was crispy, the conger eel was plump and moist, and delicious, and the fried horse mackerel was light and crispy! Everything I ate was surprisingly delicious. I was so happy to be able to eat such delicious food! The staff were also very kind in explaining the fish and recommending sightseeing spots, making it a fantastic trip. It seems that flounder becomes more delicious as it gets colder, and the fish also becomes more delicious. Uni-don seems to be available from spring, so I would like to visit again! The salty taste of the salmon roe was disappointing, but I was so full that my stomach felt like it was going to burst, and I was very satisfied with the taste. The service was also good.
