Hè Gāng Shí Táng - 水俣市

Unlike Nagasaki champon, this champon is on the lighter side. It had a lot of ingredients and the kikurage mushrooms were excellent. It was delicious. Even the regular size was filling. I had to work in Minamata, so I finally got a chance to try Minamata Champon, which I had been curious about for a while. The sign near the fishing port exuded a melancholic atmosphere, which was very appealing. Now, onto the dining experience! They had taken thorough measures for COVID-19 prevention. As for the taste, the soup was not too strong, there were plenty of ingredients, and it was light and easy to eat. It suited my taste well. If you're in Minamata, this is the place to go!

After visiting the lover's paradise park with a large heart-shaped ring, we searched for a famous lunch spot in Minamata City on our smartphones and found Tsuruoka Shokudo, known for its specialty champon. Following the navigation, we arrived at this small diner located in a small fishing port. The champon, made with local seafood broth, was light and seasoned with soy sauce. It was very delicious.

３度目の利用です。 いつ来ても美味しいチャンポンを有り難う。 自宅から遠いのでたまにしか行けませんが次回も楽しみになるお店です。 チャンポン以外も頂きたいのですがやはり、チャンポンを外せないので未だに食べる事が叶いません。

漁港側にあるお店です、自動車は漁港横の邪魔にならない場所に駐車します。　コロナ対策もしっかりしていてます。 名物のちゃんぽんは量も多く野菜が沢山、スープの味も美味しくてオススメです。　ちゃんめんはちゃんぽんのスープとはまた違う味でこちらも是非味わってみてください。
