Unlike Nagasaki champon, this champon is on the lighter side. It had a lot of ingredients and the kikurage mushrooms were excellent. It was delicious. Even the regular size was filling. I will definitely come back when I visit Minamata again. *They are taking good measures for infection prevention. You can park at the fisherman's cooperative. View all feedback.
