We ordered the course menu on a whim. The sashimi, simmered dish, nanbanzuke, beef tendon, mentaiko potato... everything was delicious. We quickly switched from draft beer to sake and enjoyed it. The bill was less than 10,000 yen for three people, unbelievably cheap. It didn't seem very popular, perhaps due to the local area or local industry, but it was such a shame. If you have the opportunity to visit Minamata, I recommend it.
I thoroughly enjoyed the meal! I definitely want to go back again.
