This restaurant is very delicious! The chashu is charred and very tender... It also comes with sakekasu mousse! It is really tasty! There was plenty of bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, and pork belly in it. The green onions were also tasty. The negi miso dumplings we ordered were also delicious!! The miso goes well with them.
